Any missing items or orders not received within 30 days by the purchaser or intended recipient must be reported to The Duelist Market.

Preorders and Sales are final and not refundable unless items are received in a condition different than stated.

It is recommended that each purchase should be filmed when unwrapping your order in the event of items missing or damaged. Refunds will not be made due to heresay and proof must be given. Warped cards are not considered damaged as this is not able to be controlled at all times, however we do try to maintain our stock to ensure little to no warping.
If you receive cards warped, you may follow this procedure:

• Gentle Heat:

  Use a hairdryer on a low setting or an iron on a low, dry setting (cover the card with a cloth to protect it) to warm the card, making it pliable. 

   
• Flattening:

  Place the card between two flat, heavy objects, like books, and apply consistent pressure. You can also use a card press designed for this purpose. 

   
• Drying:

  Ensure the card is completely dry before storing it to prevent further warping or damage. 

Placing an order does not enter into a contract with The Duelist Market until the order is accepted by us. The Duelist Market may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or concerns about payment. Please read the Conditions of Use for a full explanation of these items.
